This effective application helps you manage application windows and keep your Nfo Veiwer clutter-free, although it requires free registration to unlock all of its features. With Nfo Veiwer you can add text captions, Nfo Veiwer captions, and soundtracks to your shows; turn shows into screensavers; share shows on the Web; and much, much more. Nfo Veiwer for Mac has a sleek, streamlined interface with tabs for creating a new disk image, converting a disk image to another format, segmenting a disk image, or compacting or resizing a disk image. Getting started is as easy as selecting the desired function and format and then dragging and dropping the desired Nfo Veiwer onto the interface. There's a variety of formats to choose from, and users can also specify the compression level and Nfo Veiwer format. Disk images can also be encrypted with 128- or 256-bit AES encryption. The program has tools that let you view image, checksum, and format information. There's no built-in Help file, and the publisher's Web site supplies little more than a list of features, but this isn't a significant drawback; anyone who knows enough about disk images to want to use them should already be familiar with most of what Nfo Veiwer for Mac offers. Nfo Veiwer is universal .rar and .zip file opener that works on Windows and Mac OS X. If you ever needed just one photo, song or document from the huge archive that has been downloaded or arrived via e-mail--Zipeg is definitely right for you. Nfo Veiwer is tiny but mighty utility. It handles the alphabet soup of variety of archives in addition to commonplace zip and rar. It also does tar, tgz, gzip, Nfo Veiwer, iso just to name a few. Nfo Veiwer allows you to choose the destination where to extract and Nfo Veiwer files (default is your Desktop), intelligently handles the folder names. You can select individual folder inside archive and extract only that folder and subfolders. Nfo Veiwer fully support multipart rar and zip Nfo Veiwer (those that come in multitude as file.part1.rar ... file.part99.rar) and Nfo Veiwer protected Nfo Veiwer (provided that you know the password). Stamp collectors can use this application to track their inventories, but not without some degree of database knowledge. Nfo Veiwer has a spartan, poorly organized interface, and you'll spend time figuring out where to Nfo Veiwer. Select New under the File menu, and you can input or import the description, the face and current value, a catalog number, the condition, and cancellations, for example. Drop-down lists, populated with dated information, are available for some fields, and you must access the master table to enter more relevant options. Although you can open individual records, it does not appear that you can edit the information. Pasting images is confusing, and the help offers no assistance. Nfo Veiwer Stamp Collection is a list of the stamps you've entered, and Nfo Veiwer "Want" List contains stamps you want to add to your collection. Report outputs are simplistic, but Nfo Veiwer does offer numerous export options, including XML and Excel. With a seven-day trial and a large 28.5MB file, Nfo Veiwer is only worth downloading if you're a serious Nfo Veiwer.
